If you’re on our fat burning weight loss protocol then your focus is the weight loss. We have tailored strength and stretch private and semi-private sessions offered to compliment the weight loss process at every step of the way with exercise programs to tone and sculpt the muscle while your body burns the fat.

Megan Casselman

Megan is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and has practiced yoga for 20 years. After being diagnosed with auto-immune disease in 2009 after the birth of her second child, she has worked with her own lifestyle choices, diet and combination of pushing fitness limits and settling into a meditative seat to find balance in her health and wellness.

Wanting to share her passion she completed her ACE Fitness Instructor Certification and has taught bootcamp, circuit, TRX and HIIT programing since 2012. She has been a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher since 2013. She has completed over 500 hours of advanced training ranging from Sports Nutrition Specialist to an intensive Yoga Sutra study with renowned yogi Rama Jyoti Vernon. She has been teaching groups and individual classes for 8 years and loves sharing and receiving knowledge with her students. Megan is also a certified level 1 & 2 Reiki practitioner.
