Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Sessions must be scheduled within clinical safety guidelines: maximum 3 sessions per week, every other day.
  • No walk-ins; all sessions must be scheduled ahead of time, up to 30 days in advance.
  • Penalty for no-show or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50.
  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the signing date.
  • This agreement is for the enrolled client only and may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed of.
  • No refunds. All sales are final.
